2 ways to help build your biceps

Real quick tip on getting bigger arms. A lot of you guys want bigger arms and if you want to build muscle you must stop only doing dumbbell curls or cable curls and start adding exercises like this (deadlift, compound movements).

You are going to be able to hold heavier weight doing compound movements versus isolated movements. All that tension (the weight on the bar) was on my bicep. Yes, even though i'm working my hips, my glutes, the leg muscles… but i'm also working my biceps because all that tension is on it the whole time.

Your bicep doesn’t feel that weight doing light curls. So when you're trying to grow your arms make sure that you add some heavier weighted exercises into your routine and this will help your arms grow.
